A surcharge of €150 (+VAT) applies for removing tobacco odor, and €100 (+VAT) for special cleaning. • PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and consultation before booking (you must contact us prior to reserving). Pets carry an additional fee of €40 per stay. Guide dogs are admitted free of charge. • No cribs or extra beds are available. The accommodation is clearly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc.). Reservations are accepted for up to 4 people, including adults and children. You must ensure that the apartment’s conditions and descriptions meet your needs before confirming the reservation. • CHECK-IN: Entry is from 3:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, luggage can be stored starting at 11:30 a.m. • ALL guests must complete online check-in and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival in order to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous via your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request it 24 hours in advance (cost: €40 +VAT). • CHECK-OUT: Departure time is 11:00 a.m. At that time, our cleaning service will enter the apartment to prepare it for the next guest. On your departure day, the apartment must be left in good cleaning condition.
